long it can be used,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maintenance and replacement needs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>removability,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>whether it can be reused<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is also part of the structure's overall life cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this reason, sustainable architecture is increasingly <strong>\u201cbuildings that consume less\u201d<\/strong> going beyond production <strong>\u201cstructures that retain their value for a longer period of time\u201d<\/strong> is moving toward design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Future of Materials Begins at the Design Stage<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the circular design approach, material selection is not based solely on aesthetics or technical performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How a material might be used in the future is also becoming part of the design process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the ability to use a durable material for a long time offers a significant advantage, the ability to dismantle it
